At 3 pm Tuesday, Tropical Storm Debby has started making landfall in Dixie County, near Cedar Key.  What that means for us is more rain bands and gusty winds for the rest of the day.  - Eric

What you're seeing around the sun is a ring caused by the refraction of light off of cirrus clouds over 30,000 feet made of ice crystals.  Otherwise it will be warm and humid tonight with isolated coastal showers possible!  - Eric
