Pleasant afternoon

Partly cloudy conditions and seasonable temperatures in the mid to upper 70's in store for the afternoon. A gulf breeze developing for the second half of the afternoon will drive some cooler air from over the Gulf toward the immediate coastline so if heading to the beaches, bring an extra t-shirt or sweat jacket along just in case.

Expect near average high temperatures for Wednesday as well, but a cold front on Thursday will bring scattered rain and allow a cooler air mass to settle in for the end of the week into the weekend.
