Records Tied at Fort Myers and Naples!

It was a hot one today! Fort Myers tied a record high of 92 degrees, which was set back in 1953. Naples also tied their record of 88 degrees, which most recently was set back in 2008. The heat will continue to build for Sunday as a strong ridge of high pressure dominates our weather pattern. Just a few clouds will pop during the heating of the day as temperatures top out in the low 90s. The coast will be slightly cooler into the mid to upper 80s with an onshore wind during the afternoon hours. A weak cold front will slip into central and southwest Florida by Wednesday with isolated rain.
