We'll be watching Colin later today for the possibility of redevelopment as a tropical depression or, more likely, tropical storm. It's still battling wind shear but is looking healthier this morning. Remember, the faster Colin reorganizes the more it will "feel" the high level steering currents which would guide the storm farther east; the weaker the storm, the more west it will move. Either way, it still won't affect southwest Florida!
