A Warm End to the Week

Now that the low clouds and patchy fog have dissipated, mostly sunny conditions are in store throughout the afternoon hours. A weak cold front located over central Florida will weaken and washout over the state, with slightly drier air filtering in as we round out the work week. It will be a warm one with daytime highs in the low to mid 80s, but low temperatures tonight will be on the cooler side in the upper 50s to low 60s. High pressure will be in control as we head into the weekend with plenty of sunshine and warm weather. Isolated rain will move back into Southwest Florida for the beginning of the week ahead of another cold front.
