Smoke & Haze in Naples

Smoke and haze, a product of the Big Cypress Preserve brush fire that continues to burn in southern Collier, has returned to the Naples area this morning leading to greatly reduced visibilities. The current visibility in Naples is running at 2 miles. Watch out for the potential of visibilities as low as 1/4 mile in inland Collier through the morning hours. If you have respiratory issues be sure to skip the morning walk today due to the smoke's impact on the air quality.
