Storms in Collier Fading...Mainly Dry for Sunday

A few storms were able to bubble up across inland Collier county this evening, but those should rain themselves out over the next hour or so. That means mostly clear and dry conditions for tonight. With drier air in place, it will be on the comfortable side with overnight lows dropping into the mid 60s. Plenty fo sunshine is in the works for Mother's day, with highs near 90° and slightly cooler readings along the coast due to that onshore wind flow. Our weather pattern for the upcoming work week keeps us dry, but hot with high pressure in control. Looks like our next rain chance won't be moving into the area until next Saturday.
Happy Mother's Day!
