We're dealing with a deck of marine clouds being pushed on-shore by a northwesterly wind, but that cloud cover will decrease through the rest of the afternoon. Breezy conditions will pick up over the next few hours with gusts to near 20 mph likely. After a cool day, another cold night is in store!
