Tropical Depression 16 could become Tropical Storm Nicole today or tomorrow. A Flood Watch is in effect for Collier County, due to the chance of heavy rain. Even though the forecast cone is pointed toward S. Florida, Nicole will have minimal effect here. Sure, it will rain, but we are used to that.
