Brian: Near record highs today, cold front on Friday...

Good morning! Today's record high of 90, set in 2002, could be challenged this afternoon as warm, humid air continues to stream toward the area well south of the huge storm affecting the upper Mid-West. We'll also get a sea breeze to develop today and, with all of the humid air around, it is possible we could squeeze out a few showers today -- and tomorrow for that matter.

Today's forecast:

Naples  Partly Cloudy  Isolated PM Rain; High 90
Bonita Springs Partly Cloudy  Isolated PM Rain; High 89
Fort Myers Partly Cloudy  Isolated PM Rain; High 90
Cape Coral Partly Cloudy  Isolated PM Rain; High 89
Port Charlotte Partly Cloudy  Isolated PM Rain; High 89
Hendry Co. Partly Cloudy  Mainly Dry; High 90
Glades Co. Partly Cloudy  Mainly Dry; High 89
DeSoto Co. Partly Cloudy  Mainly Dry; High 89

A cold front will move through on Friday morning with mainly just some clouds; in its wake, much less humid air will build in for the weekend although it will stay warm.

Have a great Wednesday!

Brian
