Weak cold front still expected to move through SWFL late tonight. We don't expect much in the way of rain as this slides through. A few changes for your saturday forecast. We are still confident that the drier air will make it into the region. With the front just stalling in south Florida and a NE wind flow aloft and at the surface, we still have some clouds in the forecast and may even see a shower in our inland areas. So don't be surprised if you see a few more clouds on Saturday. It does look like late Saturday and into Sunday the dry air reaches its peak. So that being said, warmer weather and more humidity returns starting early next week.
Halloween forecast looks dry with temperatures in the mid 70's for Tick or Treat.
Also watching T.S. Tomas near the windward and leeward islands. The 5 day forecast cone moves it into the Caribbean as a hurricane. The cold fronts moving into the eastern US should protect us from Tomas. Tomas will continue to move WNW until day 5 when the trough takes it to the north and then off to the NE.
Have a great weekend. See you at 7 and 10...
