Cities that may see a White Christmas!

Many folks across parts of the Midwest, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and even the Southeast may see their dreams of a white Christmas come true! A far-southerly tracking area of low pressure may create a snowy scene in places which rarely experience a white Christmas such as Atlanta, GA which has only seen measurable snowfall on the holiday two times in history! Then last time the Christmas snow was white on the ground in Charlotte, NC was over 60 years ago! In 1947, 5.8 inches of snow fell on Charlotte, NC with the only other occurrences of a white Christmas in 1909 (0.2 inches) and 1880 (4 inches)!

White Christmas possible for:

-Chicago, IL
-Detroit, MI
-Indianapolis, IN
-Columbus, OH
-Pittsburgh, PA
-Charleston, WV
-Roanoke, VA
-Charlotte, NC
-Greenville, SC
-Nashville, TN
-Lexington, KY
-Atlanta, GA
-Huntsville, AL

Merry Christmas!
