COLD! With the wind easing up tonight, frost in the forecast! Prepare again for below freezing temps!

Once again a cold night ahead. I am a little more worried about tonight. The air mass that has moved in today is very dry. Dewpoints are in the single digits, yesterday at this time dewpoints where in the 30s. This very dry air mass will cool off quickly as the sun sets. Hard freeze warnings in effect for inland areas and Charlotte county. Freeze warnings in effect to the coast. With the wind calming down overnight temperatures will drop to below freezing in many locations. Once we get below 38, frost will form in many locations too. The frost is what will do the most damage early in the morning. Best bet is to knock that frost off before the sun comes up to protect any plants. As the frost acts as a magnifying glass burning the leaves.

We do start a warming trend by Wednesday afternoon. Highs in the low 60s with another cold front Saturday. Not as cold behind this front.
