Brian: Patchy haze and fog this morning.. temps in the mid 70's.. near 90 later!

Just a quick update for you this morning before I go back on the air at 5:15... a weakening cold front is pushing into the Panhandle this morning and this will add a bit more moisture into the atmosphere later today. We should see a few more clouds inland today but still mostly sunny along the coast. As that front approaches, it will allow our wind to turn more southwesterly earlier in the day -- meaning slightly cooler temps today. No cooler air with the weakening front, but it will add some additional moisture tomorrow -- enough for a few isolated showers and storms. More on WINK in just minutes. Today's numbers:

Naples  Mostly Sunny  Hot & Humid; High 89
Bonita Springs Mostly Sunny  Hot & Humid; High 91
Fort Myers Mostly Sunny  Hot & Humid; High 90
Cape Coral Mostly Sunny  Hot & Humid; High 90
Port Charlotte Mostly Sunny  Hot & Humid; High 88
Hendry Co. Partly Cloudy  Hot & Humid; High 92
Glades Co. Partly Cloudy  Hot & Humid; High 91
DeSoto Co. Partly Cloudy  Hot & Humid; High 90
