Plenty of sun again in the forecast for this afternoon with high pressure sitting across the southeast. Temperatures today will warm into the upper 60's to low 70's but, by tomorrow, as the high slides to the east a warming trend begins. We'll be in the mid to upper 70's tomorrow and near 80 degrees both Friday and Saturday. Still tracking rain for the weekend, the timing for the arrival of rain and storms looks to be late afternoon Saturday through very early Sunday morning. We should start the weekend Saturday morning with some sunshine, now. Over a half inch of rain is possible as the cold front comes through Saturday night into early on Sunday.
