Brian: Rain, and a few storms, moving onshore in Charlotte County..

Out ahead of a strong cold front, a line of showers and storms stretches from near Jacksonville this morning through the Tampa area and just west of SWFL into the Gulf of Mexico. While severe weather is not a threat here, there is the possibility for a few thunderstorms this morning to have some strong wind gusts in them (maybe over 40 mph). Arrival time is right now (about 6 AM) in Charlotte County.. close to 8 AM in Lee County.. and close to 9:30 - 10 AM in Collier County. We'll clear out this afternoon behind the front.. but it will be windy, cooler, and much less humid. Should set the stage for a few nice days at mid-week! More later.. Brian
