Good Friday morning! We're headed toward a warm weekend across southwest Florida and the work week will also end on a warm note. High pressure has now moved out into the Atlantic meaning it will be harder for the Gulf breeze to develop as early as it has the past few days.. and to be as strong as it has. Bottom line? It will be warmer today at the coast with the west breeze kicking in later today; highs there will be in the low 80's with mid (if not upper) 80's elsewhere. Like we talked about yesterday, there will be some high clouds in the sky from time to time as an active jet stream works high overhead.
Over the weekend, Saturday is the warmest day.. Sunday is the most humid day. Some places will touch 90 on Saturday and most places will feel like 90 when you factor in the humidity. More clouds on Sunday ahead of our next front, which gets here with a chance of showers and storms as early as Monday morning.
