Good morning! Dewpoint temperatures (measure of the moisture in the atmosphere) have dropped into the 40's just north of southwest Florida and will drop for us over the next few hours as a weak cold front moves through. Other than a drop in the humidity, you won't notice this front much today.. we'll have just a few high clouds around today with highs in the upper 70's and lower 80's. High pressure will move right overhead tonight and likely help give us the last cool morning of the season.. with 50's likely throughout a lot of the area!
From there, the warm up begins as that high shifts offshore. Thursday and Friday highs will be in the mid 80's.. with upper 80's and breezy weather for the weekend (and much mroe humid as well!). By early next week, as the flow shifts from the east aloft (thus preventing the sea breeze from really getting going each day).. we'll see temps warm toward the low 90's for the first time this year!
Much more on your forecast coming up on WINK over the next couple of hours. Hope you join us!
