Brian: Isolated showers this morning, much warmer.. near 70

Warmer and more humid air has arrived in southwest Florida this morning, with temperatures near 70 in most areas as we start the day. An upper level disturbance has teamed with a warm front to touch off of a few showers across the area and, while drier air will be moving in later today, we'll maintain a chance of rain in the forecast for most of the day. It should be a bit warmer this afternoon compared to yesterday.. with some sunshine breaking through at times. Highs will be in the lower to middle 80's.

For tomorrow, a strong high pressure ridge builds in and the warm up begins! We'll be in the upper 80's tomorrow but on Sunday and Monday, as the sky goes mostly sunny and the upper level wind starts to turn more out of the east.. we'll make it into the 90's in many spots for the first time since late October! There is also still the slightest chance of a shower tomorrow afternoon if enough low level moisture lingers.. officially, we'll call the forecast mainly dry though.

Have a great day!

Brian
