Brian: High pressure to the east means clouds to the east today...

A low level flow out of the east will help guide low clouds in our direction over the next couple of days. In fact, we already start out with a partly cloudy sky inland, this morning, as well as some haze/fog to go along with it. Expect the easterly flow to continue today and allow for more clouds than sun inland today and more sun than clouds along the coast. In fact, there may be enough moisture around for a few sprinkles inland later today (there is already some rain over on the east coast this morning).

Today's forecast:

Naples  Partly Cloudy  Warm; High 84
Bonita Springs Partly Cloudy  Warm; High 83
Fort Myers Partly Cloudy  Warm; High 83
Cape Coral Partly Cloudy  Warm; High 83
Port Charlotte Partly Cloudy  Warm; High 81
Hendry Co. Clouds & Sun  Mainly Dry; High 80
Glades Co. Clouds & Sun  Mainly Dry; High 79
DeSoto Co. Partly Cloudy  Warm; High 81

The steady east breeze will relax some by Wednesday and Thanksgiving Day, and well end up with fewer clouds and warm temps -- approaching the mid 80's. The next chance of rain moves into the forecast on Saturday with a weakening cold front that brings less humid air for the end of the Thanksgiving weekend.

Have a great Monday!

Brian
