Good Friday morning! Yesterday's weak cold front has finally cleared south of the area and we start this morning about 10 degrees cooler than yesterday in many spots. Temperatures range from near 60 right at the coast to the low 50's in Charlotte County and inland SWFL. There is a little bit of jet stream energy still overhead high up in the atmosphere, this is helping to produce some high clouds south of the Caloosahatchee and they will be in the sky off and on through about midday before the sky completely clears.
Clear and cool to start your weekend with lows again in the 50's. High pressure will move a little to the east which should allow an easterly to northeasterly flow to develop. With cooler air out over the Atlantic, I do think there's the chance we'll see a few more inland than coastal clouds each afternoon, but it still should be a nice weekend with highs near 80. Enjoy!
