Fog Dissipated, Warm Afternoon Ahead

The fog which greatly reduced visibilities across much of SWFL this morning has dissipated with sunshine now prevailing! A partly cloudy sky will develop this afternoon with warm and humid conditions in store. High temperatures today will more closely approach record levels than average levels, reaching into the mid 80s with heat index values in the upper 80s to 90 degrees.
