We're catching a break right now, but a new batch of briefly heavy rain is about to cross Charlotte Harbor and move into Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Based on the look of it on radar, it is possible there could be a stronger wind gust or two by 6 AM with this line as it moves toward US 41.
