It looks like the soggier side is going to win out for the holiday weekend with rain and storms likely, mainy in the afternoon, for today and tomorrow. There are still signs that it might be able to turn just a little bit drier/sunnier for the Fourth; but still plan on widespread showers and storms on Sunday as the really dry air makes it no farther south than north Florida. Fireworks could be an issue for parts of the area on Sunday night, but I still think overall showers and storms will be winding down by the time we hit dusk.
