The weekend ended with rain, some heavy; the work week is starting with some rain -- but most of it is light this morning. A band of light (to occasionally moderate) rain stretches from the Gulf through the Lee Island Coast and northeast to Lake Placid this morning just behind a lazy, slow moving cold front that's now on the east coast. Clouds and showers will stick around for the next few hours with gradual clearing for the afternoon. Breezy and cooler today with highs in the low 70's for the most part.
