Good morning! High pressure is nosing in from the west this morning giving us a mainly clear sky and a cool, but not cold, start this morning. The wind coming in off the Gulf is keeping temperatures up just a bit this morning.. in the low 50's inland and mid to upper 50's at the coast. There is a band of high clouds left behind from yesterday's front over Collier and Hendry Counties early.. this should dissipate later today.
It will be breezy today, but not as windy as yesterday. With the wind still coming in off of the Gulf, though, temperatures should stay in the low 70's right at the beaches and push into the mid 70's elsewhere. Tonight and tomorrow night will be chilly with high pressure overhead. Temps will drop into the 40's inland and into the low 50's at the coast.. warm afternoons, though, with nearly wall-to-wall sun -- highs in the mid to upper 70's Wednesday and low 80's on Thursday.
More coming up in a few minutes on WINK. See you there!
