Continuing to watch some heavier rain/more organized convection (storms) across south Lee and Collier where the atmosphere is more unstable. There was briefly some signs of rotation in one storm just west of Lovers Key and Bonita Beach.. no longer though as that storm has crossed Estero Bay and is moving east of I-75 in San Carlos Park and Estero.. headed just south of town in Lehigh.
Watching more heavy rain through Bonita now, and also Naples and Naples Manor. Not a whole lot of lightning with this, but still the potential for some very strong wind gusts. Any reports? We'll take 'em at weather@winktv.com !
