If we get a stronger storm this morning, Collier or Hendry County would be the most likely spot. Not much rain in these spots yet (that's changing as I write this), and the lower atmosphere has been allowed to recover in terms of moisture.. dewpoints here are pushing into the mid 60's. This might allow the lower atmosphere to destablize enough (especially east of I-75 in Collier and south to US-41 near Everglades City) to allow for stronger wind gusts.
